I don't get why guys think it is cool to wear their pants pulled down low. I see them walking around tugging at them just before they fall down around their ankles. I look at them and the word that comes to mind is not "Cool", but "Dumb". I really don't see the appeal. We saw this guy riding his bike. You can see his khaki pants would have fallen down had he not been sitting on the seat. He was standing up peddling as he crossed the street and the pants kept falling lower and lower. I ask you "Why?"Oh and don't you love the lady with the "Happy Birthday" balloon?
